What can be the use case of Scannable Undirected Event Type, as Advertiser can only listen to Scan_req or send Scan response after receiving scan request, it cannot listen to connect request?
Another question is, Is "Non-connectable undirected event type" used for broadcasting as advertiser will neither listen to scan request nor to connect request?
