As specified in "Advertising Interval" section of Link Layer Specification in BLE SIG spec., "AdvDelay" is used to perturb advertising events in time. My question related to this is, can an advertising event last upto "AdvInterval", if no (as we can see from the attached image, that advertising event lasts for less time than AdvInterval) then what is the need to introduce a pseudo-random time delay (AdvDelay) between two consecutive Advertising events?
