You can transmog any gear into any motif you have learned with the style material
The so-called imperial/morag tong transmog having some uses.
Preview the whole design on my characters.
Transmog crystal appear in crown store...afterall it's cosmetic stuff.
I will be pissed if:
Transmog crystal ONLY appear in crown store.
No implement of old imperial/morag tong system at all.
Transmog crystal cap is not enough for a full gear transmog （for non-subbers, I doubt ZOS dare to do that with subbers.
